Donation & Fundraising Requests
North Coast Rep is proud to support the valuable work of other non-profit organizations in our community by providing mainstage ticket vouchers that may be used for fundraising events.
In order for your organization’s donation request to qualify, the following conditions must be met:

The event must be in Southern California.

The organization must be a not-for-profit organization with an active 501(c)(3) status or an accredited educational institution (i.e. K-12 schools and colleges).

Religious or political organizations are not eligible for donation vouchers.

The organization has not solicited a donation from North Coast Rep in the last year.
To request a donation, submit your solicitation via email to our Development Manager Geoffrey Geissinger (geoffrey@northcoastrep.org) or via mail to the theatre’s address and to Geoffrey’s attention.
For a voucher to be processed, your request must include:

The date of the event.

The details of the event.
-
A description of how the proceeds from the event will be used.

The address we can mail the voucher to.

The Tax ID number for your organization if you are a non-profit.
Due to the large number of solicitations received, please send your request at least 4 weeks before the date of your event to allow our Development staff ample time to process your request.
It’s possible that even if your solicitation meets all the requirements above, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Since we are a charitable organization ourselves, you likely know that we do not have unlimited resources, but we strive to accommodate as many requests as we possibly can.
