Marilyn Tedesco is the Founder and President of Consultants to Management, a boutique global management consulting firm. She has served on North Coast Repertory Theatre’s Board for more than twenty years, including three years as President and two years as Chair, Finance Committee. During her presidency, she worked intensively to strengthen our organization and expand outreach. As Chair, Finance Committee, the theatre successfully implemented a 2-year cyclical budget planning process and achieved unprecedented financial stability. Ms. Tedesco obtained her undergraduate degree from The College of New Jersey, and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. She also serves on the Executive and Governing Boards of the Rancho Santa Fe Women’s Fund and has served on the Boards of the Doris A. Howell Foundation for Women’s Health Research, Classics 4 Kids, the GBS/CIDP Foundation International, American Red Cross, Community Concert Organization, The Whittier Institute for Diabetes and several professional organizations.. She and husband, Lou (d. 2019), are proud parents and grandparents. Marilyn resides in Rancho Santa Fe.
