Ryan Noell is a Director of Learning and Development with more than 25 years of experience in corporate education. His expertise spans leadership development, training design, and digital content, with a career that includes guiding enterprise initiatives and building certification programs that improve workforce performance. Career highlights include directing annual corporate conferences, launching a state-of-the-art learning center, leading multiple enterprise Learning Management System implementations, and delivering global training programs across 12 countries. He also serves actively on his organization’s Sales and Training Committee, shaping strategies across franchise groups and turning performance metrics into effective learning programs.

Recognized for innovative learning strategies, Ryan has presented at industry conferences and earned awards for leadership excellence. A lifelong supporter of the arts with a strong theater background, he is also a professional woodworker in his personal time. He enjoys life with his wife and their adult daughter and son. At North Coast Repertory Theatre, Ryan contributes his collaborative, detail-oriented, and creative approach to strengthen the theater’s mission and expand its impact in the San Diego community.
