Born into a theatrical family, David has worked in theatres across the country. Before joining North Coast Rep in 2003 he served as Artistic Director for the Los Angeles Repertory Company and the Arizona Jewish Theatre Company (AJTC). Marc Tayer has lived in the Solana Beach/Del Mar community for more than twenty years. His 30+ year business career in the technology field included senior executive roles at Motorola, General Instrument (GI), and as cofounder of two San Diego tech startups, Aerocast and Imagine Communications.

Marilyn Tedesco is the Founder and President of Consultants to Management, a boutique global management consulting firm. She has served on North Coast Repertory Theatre’s Board for more than twenty years, including three years as President and two years as Chair, Finance Committee. During her presidency, she worked intensively to strengthen our organization and expand outreach.
Elizabeth A. Tresp, JD, LL.M., grew up a dancer and in the theater of a small town in Virginia. She performed in her local community theater and studied stage construction, set design, and lighting, among other things, at the University of Virginia. She transferred to Middlesex University in London where she earned her Bachelor Degree in Theater.
