Jeff joined North Coast Rep’s theatre family in 2003. As the Patron Service and Information Technology Director, he interacts with a majority of the wonderful people who come through the door. His IT knowledge and expertise keeps North Coast Rep at the cutting edge of new technology. He is constantly working to improve the patron’s experience from ticketing to purchasing concessions in our café.
