Congratulations to North Coast Rep Board Member Richard Leib! On March 1st, the University of California announced that he would succeed Cecilia V. Estolano as the Chair of the Board of Regents, effective immediately. Richard’s tremendous public service track record makes him a fantastic choice for the position, and we’re extremely proud and honored to have him on our Board.
