Exchanges
Exchanges can be made with 24hr advance notice with a $2.00 fee per ticket, plus price difference if exchanging into a higher priced performance. The $2.00 exchange fee is waived for North Coast Repertory Theatre Subscribers.
Refunds and Cancellations
We do not offer refunds. However you may donate you ticket back to the theatre and deduct it from your taxes. Tickets purchased at outside ticket outlets do not apply.
Order Fees
A $3.50 per order fee is charged on all phone and online orders. Purchase your tickets in person at our box office and the order fee will be waived. All subscription orders by phone, online, or in person are charged a $5.00 per order fee.
Late Seating
Late arrivals are seated at the discretion of the house manager. Latecomers may be asked to wait until intermission or asked to return to a future performance. We encourage our patrons to plan ahead as weather and traffic may delay your travel.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located upstairs outside the theatre in the courtyard area. The handicapped restroom is located in our cafe’.
Attire
Since this is Southern California, we do not have a dress code, except that shirts and shoes are required for entry. You’ll probably be most comfortable in casual business attire, but you’ll often see people in jeans, khakis, and other more or less formal wear. Some people enjoy dressing up and making a special night of it, and you can too, but most of all we want our guests to be comfortable.
Electronic Devices
Please silence all electronic devices including cellular phones, watches and pagers before the performance. All photography and recording devices are strictly prohibited in the theatre. If you use your cellular phone at intermission please do not forget to silence it before returning to the theatre.
Show Content and Age Restrictions
Patrons are respectfully asked to check with our Box Office in regards to language and content for individual shows. All patrons must have a ticket regardless of age.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found is located at the Box Office. If you have lost an item, please contact the Box Office at 858-481-1055.
Concessions
Our Café is open one hour prior to curtain and during intermission. You can take water purchased from us into the theatre to enjoy during the performance. Credit cards are accepted.
Outside Food or Drink
We do not allow food into the theatre. We do allow water purchased from our cafe’ inside the theatre.

Accessibility

Accessibility
The theatre’s main entrance is at ground level.  We provide Wheelchair seating, wheelchair and companion seating, and stair free seating. We can remove a seat so you can wheel right in to enjoy the performance, or you can transfer to one of our easily accessible center A-row seats. Our House Manager will be more than happy to assist upon request.  Since this seating is limited, it is very important to book your tickets in advance. Make sure to inform the Patron Services Rep of your needs at the time of purchase (858) 481-2155.

Our wheelchair accessible restroom is located in our café.

Accessible parking
is located in front of the theatre. Make sure to always arrive at least half an hour early for parking.

Assisted listening devices may be obtained at our box office. A driver’s license will be required as a security deposit.  After the show, you can drop off the device with the house manager and retrieve your card.

About Solana Beach

The charming, seaside community of Solana Beach is nestled along the northern coast of San Diego County, and is approximately a 30 minute drive from downtown San Diego. Its main access routes include Interstate 5, Highway 101, Lomas Santa Fe Drive, and Via de la Valle.
